Application Technician for Filling Systems

Purpose of the position:
The Application Technician for Filling Systems is responsible for the technical support, adaptation and optimisation of filling processes at the customer’s site for customer projects.
He ensures that ENVICAN products can be filled efficiently, safely and to a high standard of quality in accordance with specifications.
To this end, they analyse existing filling systems in advance, identify any necessary adjustments to the system, coordinate these with the responsible parties (external) and then implement them.

• Technical management of customer projects
• Ensuring that new or existing products can be filled efficiently and without errors
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes at the filler’s site.
• Minimising downtime and optimising line performance
• Increasing customer satisfaction through professional technical support and increasing Envican’s product market penetration in existing filling lines.

You have:

• Completed training or degree (e.g. mechanic, food technologist, plant or packaging engineer)
• Experience in filling or packaging technology, brewery or beverage technology
• Knowledge of beverage production (e.g. carbonation, brewing process, etc.)
• Experience in production, laboratory, application engineering or technical customer support
• Knowledge of machine control systems, sensor technology, measurement technology and process optimisation
• Understanding of different product properties (viscosity, temperature, sensitivity, etc.)
• Confident handling of technical documentation
• You are a team player and a flexible personality with a hands-on mentality, high quality standards and a strong service orientation, as well as organisational skills
• You communicate flawlessly in German, both in writing and verbally, and enjoy approaching other people with your friendly manner
• You have a good command of written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage
• Even under time pressure, you have the ability to work precisely and in a structured manner, to demonstrate strong implementation skills and to set clear priorities
• You are a responsible employee and are interested in continuous development

Place of work:

• Partly at the customer’s site (national/international)
• Partly at the factory or office for preparations, documentation and internal coordination
